I posted a question on here a while ago about selling houses, needless to say my house did not sell after eighteen months on the market, although it started at 150.000 and was reduced to 117.000 before being taken off the market. I decided to rent it out for six months and the tenants moved in at the beginning of February this year, do I rent it out for another six months and put it back on the market next year or do people think that the market is slowly recovering??? any suitable answers welcomed.

it will depend on where the house is, the market is starting to pick up in the south, but will be very slow.......... personally i'd wait another six months
Spikey is right - it does depend on location and property... I would wait a bit longer myself... things are looking a tiny weent bit better so hang on in there... you can always build in a 'get out' clause in the rental term in case you change your mind.
the six months arent up till august. Why not wait till nearer the time before deciding
