How have you only just found out you were cautioned?

Do you have to have a CRB check before you start work or have you been asked to disclose anything like that?

If so, honesty is the best policy.
How weird. Wouldn't you know if you were cautioned??
Anyway, best to be honest, because most jobs that entail working with vulnerable people require checks to be made. If you explain the circumstances, and say that you now consider yourself to be a reformed character, you might be lucky.
