Is there a charge for a telegram/Card from the queen?

Someone told me there was a �30 charge for this service someone else told its free. Who is correct?

No charge is made by Buckingham Palace to send a message of congratulations from The Queen.

Thank you I now know there is no charge for a message from the queen - I know someone who could be charged with treason!
As Kempie post reads it can be arranged for 100 birhday greetings. What has to be done is a letter sent to her secratury (obviusly has another name) to St James palace well in advance and a telegram will be sent free of charge signed by HM herself
