Cutting shapes from pictures

Does anyone know a Feeeware programme that allows me to cut out shapes from photo's. I dont want to crop the photo but cut around shapes within the photo. Thanks in anticipation .Chil

Any graphics software with a 'freehand selection' tool would do the job. I haven't used any graphics programs for a while but Paint Shop Pro would have been perfect for the job,I think they are now part of the Corel company.They may have trial versions of the programs that you can download and use for a limited period of time.

You can even do it with Paint which should be installed on your pc.
