As in still in one piece, or remains of? remains of is difficult, probably some of the neolithic hut circles count. Paleolithic cave dwellings have been found, but these arent really buildings.... Still standing...dunno. I know that there are a few saxon churches still standing. one at Brean Down dates back to the 850's.....
