Does anyone know any more news on mfi i hear they are going bust, does this mean they will completely stop trading. and also what do they do with there current trade will they pass it on to another company.

they was in a mess a couple of months back so what kind of a man/woman would buy a struggling company in this climate.but i suppose they did keep many working for another couple of months.

If the administrators can complete existing orders, they will - because it creates income. Trouble is, if they are dependent on additional supplies to make up kits, suppliers are unlikely to oblige unless they are sure they will be paid.
Which will probably mean administrators will end up refunding customer orders - at least that is what administrators claim.
I reckon they will run out of cash and customer deposits will end up having to be returned from credit card companies (if applicable) or customer becomes a general creditor and gets whatever back - someday. I would not entertain paying outstanding balances on orders unless >�100 and by CC.
