Following on from the discussion on ghosts, I have asked several times for an explanation of Jesus's encounter with Moses, but have yet to get an answer. Moses died long before Jesus was born, so must have been a ghost when he appeared and spoke to Jesus. Some Christians have said either that ghosts don't exist, or if they do, they are demons, so my question is, was the ghost of Moses a demon in disguise?

Hi naomi24,
According to this, Elijah was also there, quite an interesting account, especially as the desciples were asleep at the time, however, i'll let some of the others comment on it.

Hi Lonnie, thanks, yes I know Elijah was there, but the bible doesn't say he died - it says he was taken up to heaven in a whirlwind, whereas it states categorically that Moses died. This is why I didn't include Elijah in the question.
