Tune on MTV Dance

This dance tune was playing on MTV Dance earlier on in the year. Its hard to explain because theres no lyrics, apart from i think he said 'make some noise'. On the video there is a huge crowd and a dj in a round dj box in the middle of them. Sorry its so vague!
