I was raised hearing the song a bit different and pardon my spelling, here goes...Once there was a china man, his name was Chinca Chula Chapan, his ears were short and his nose was long and this is the way he walked along...chinca chaloo chaloo chapan, ellepee ellepee chinca chalalpee chinca chaloo chaloo chapan ellepee ellepee china man. I feel like there is a line missing from the beginning. And I'm missing one word from the chorus... Ive been trying to remember this rhyme for ages, but, this is the best I can do as its been nearly Fifty years. But, I know its close.
