They are the tops off a cartridge of printer ink. You remove these then insert the cartridge in the printer. ( They are useful to keep if you take the ink cartridge to a shop to be refilled rather than buying a new one).

I initially thought they were from ink cartridges but there are various ones around so wasn't sure.

This is a hooozeee-whatzit, a thing-a-ma-bob, and a whatcha-macallit!!! ha..ha. No really it looks something like a garlic press, so maybe a press? not for garlic?
