Should I Be Worried About Contaminating Other Buildings With Mold From My Car?

I went like a month without driving my car. When I opened it up, the steering wheel was covered in mold. So were the seats and dashboard. I wiped it all off with vinegar, but I know in order to completely get rid of the mold, I would have to tear out all of the interior. I don't want to do it myself, and I dont want to pay someone to so I was just gonna leave it. No one else drives the car, so if anyone was gonna get sick, it would be Me. Something I'm kind of worried about is the spores attaching on to me and contaminating every building I go in to. Should I notify every building I went into to warn them that I contaminated their building?

No. You've dealt with the problem (altho if you want to be really sure wipe it over with a mild solution of bleach). Mould only grows when it has the right circumstances. Generally, used, properly heated and ventilated buildings will not facilitate mould growth. The reality is you could come into contact with all sorts of stuff on a daily basis.

Just forget about it.
