Cant Log Onto Hot-mail, Password Not Accepted.
So I went to 'cant remember p/w' and had the usual, 'how do you want to reset, by text, e-mail, so chose txt but code was never sent.
Have done this 3 times, still no reply.
Tried e-mail, so could read by my mobile, and still no reply.
Any idea what to do, thanks, need ASAP

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.How did you enter your phone number? Not having a Hotmail/Outlook account, I can't get far enough into the system to see what's offered to you but perhaps instead of, say, '07786123456' you need to enter '+447786123456'?
However I can never see why anyone would want to use either Hotmail/Outlook or Yahoo. They're both notorious for locking people permanently out of their accounts, without reason. (So you might have to accept that you've lost the account forever). Use a decent email service, such as Gmail or my own favourite, GMX, instead:

After many tries of trying to log on last night, my account is locked for 30 days.
I spoke on-line message to their helpline in the Philippines trying to explain that they didn't send a txt with a code to open it so I could make a new password.
Whats annoying is, I can get my hotmail on my phone, so with that, they should know I am genuine.
