i am reading a book at the moment (surely you're joking Mr Feynman) and it made me wonder - has there ever been a film made about the manhattan project? It's great subject matter, but i can't immediately think of one

Never read what it said about the film...I think you may be right
Unless A teen and his girlfriend did actually make an atomic bomb with plutonium stolen from a scientist dating his mother.
