whats the point of "click and collect" i've ordered two items separately and neither could be delivered to my local filling station. one a headphone cable the other a pack of light bulbs , why ? am i missing something here

the point is that some items can be delivered there, and some people would want to pick them up from htere

Are the items you've ordered actualy sold (or 'fulfilled') by Amazon? Only such items are eligible for 'Click & Collect'. Items sold by third party sellers aren't eligible.
