Theoretically it is possible for the heat reached in a dishwasher to cook certain foods, and I can remember this being done on TV back in the 70s. However, it's a question of tools and jobs. Like, you can unscrew things with a sharp chisel. But screwdrivers are better. So you can cook some things in a dishwasher, but probably end up clarting up the outflow with food residue.
