A cautionary tale to all rather than a question.Three years of bullying tactics, countless letters and daily phome callsfrom debt cllection agencies is finally over .
it allstarted 14 years ago on a guaranteed overdraft on a business I patnered.
I left following a ten year lease thinking my troubles were over but much to mydismay the other partner whom Ihad not spoke to for five years conceniently went bust owing several thousand to the bank.
It all culminated in a court hearing which thankfully cleared my name in May this year.
It turns out that Iwas elected as director in my absence and remained inthat position for 4 years .I certainly never signed any document to this effect, so someone was forging my signature. Needless to say Iwas seething angry to learn of this from companies house, and if Iever see that lying b+++ again Iwill be having words.
I hope this has been useful to at least one of you out there.
