This might help you, awhile back mabey 3 /4 weeks back I was on about nuisance phone call from " Our friends in India / Packistan" I was so pizzed off with these so when this person called from the same area I said to this person, I want you to take note of what I'm going to say to you, she replied "what" I replied and said, these call are an intrusion of my privecy & you are harazzing me, I want to inform you that this phone call has been recorded for evedence & will be used if need be, If these calls continue the police will be informed! Guess what?

I don't have a problem and I don't have a problem with people doing a job, I see no point in being abusive and threatening when you can politely say 'Thanks but no thanks and hang up', ultimately it is your decision to answer the phone.

I had a nice young man call me this morning, 'Can I speak to the home owner', I replied 'I am the tenant'.....'Sorry to bother you' he said.

Passed a nice minute.

Some of them are very helpful,
Nice man in India has arranged for me to have a new Home-hub delivered on Monday, present one keeps cutting me off 4 or 5 times a day.
