Using a new face flannel this morning I've scratched my nose. I know from past experience that it's going to take a while to heal. I've heard of delicate skin but this is ridiculous. Apart from washing around the nose, and leaving it untouched, what to do?

Don't use a flannel?

Just gentle rubbing with your hands will be sufficient, no need to flay yourself alive.
White spirit works on the feet to toughen the skin up, not sure it would be advisable for your nose but one to keep in mind...
Leave it alone.

Don't pick it? OK, Sqad. I'll follow your invaluable advice :-)
A light smear of Savlon could help it heal.
I only use soft cotton wool pads with facial toner to cleanse my face, never use a flannel or soap and water, too drying.
