Stain Repelling Carpet

My daughter has been considering fitting one of those stain repelling carpets, you know the ones where you can spill stuff & even draw on it to no ill effects.

She has 3 messy children who have not been taught to respect their surrounding & run around with drinks & food ect. (thats another story, dont get me started!!)

Its quite expensive so is it worth it? Does anyone have it?

No, sorry silliemille I don't. I do have 3 very naughty grandchildren. I have wool carpets and so far I have managed to clean up the carnage after their visits.
