There is a Court Of Appeal hearing today. If that fails how many more appeal stages are there after this- House of Lords, Europe?
I know Basildon Council are funding the council's legal fees. Who is paying the legal fees for the residents?

I fail to see why Basildon council has to pick up the tab which is over £18mn at present. This is a national problem and should be paid for out of taxation not council rates.

rov Basildon council are at fault they should have acted 10 years ago.
We have a similar case thats been dragging on for 30 years.
