AOL e-mails

On AOL I have the ART facility for putting pictures and fancy alphabets etc. etc. in my e-mails. The icon for ART is still on the tool bar in the e-mail but it is not working and I cannot find out why; can anyone help please. I am NOT computer literate. Thank U.
