50s/60s comics

Does anyone remember a comic character who had a army of miniature people and controlled them with a keypad strapped on his arm ?? Do you have his name or the comic. This is not Pete's Pocket Army in the Buster as these where aliens.

I remember what you mean but can't think of name or comic. Might it have been the Eagle?

I remember Dolmann in the Valiant who controlled puppets from something on his chest, very vague, it was my brother's comic but I remember liking that story.
