Hi i would be greatfull if anyone could help me!!

Ive got 2 staffies, 1 is male and the other a bitch. The male is the father and aged 2 years, while the bitch(daughter) is 6 months, Recently in the past 2 weeks they have had 3 fights which are getting more serious every time! Now we are worried that this is getting out of control,i would hate to think that 1 day one will kill the other. Some people have told us as the bitch may be getting near her season she is getting more aggressive as the male has been castrated a few months back, others have told us to egt rid of the bitch, which i would not like to do, but if have to will do just to make sure both have happy lives. would anyone be able to help us out with any advice please, would be very greatfull.
Until this point i must state that the male has not shown any aggression in his years, nor has the bitch even though she only 6 months old, they always used to sleep together and all things that dogs do, The bitch surley knows her place as she lets the male eat first,
Before you ask both are well trained ( well they are all people that see them say).. When they go on walks on or off the leads they never attack or any problams to other dogs,!!! PLEASE HELP!!

On our local news in the south we we informed of a black & white staffie that had ripped a lump out of a little boy`s leg.

And the theme continues.....
Poster suspended.........what is wrong with these people posting all this rubbish.
Search the internet (google) for a dog behaviorist in your area. If you struggle to find one just ask anyone your find for advice, they should point you to someone in your area.
Your knowledge is limited (as is mine) and there is probably a simple solution to the issue that you aren't aware of. As for rehoming one of the dogs...What The Funicular. You wouldn't give away a child for fighting at school.
I hope you have got the Baskerville type cage muzzles for them?!
If they show any true aggression towards your family, i'd worry, remain very vigilant but not give up!
Spend the money on the behaviorist / psycologist and follow their advice to the letter, you will be happier in yourself in the long run.
Unfortunately, they seem to be competing for territory .. and there are not many answers for that.
So suspended for being a re-incarnated previous banned user?
Big eye, children at school rarely fight to the death, staffies will. It is often better to rehome one before there is a really bad incident, for the dogs sake as well as the owners.
I can't answer the question, but I have three dogs - I've always had dogs - and I simply don't understand why people want dogs like this. I think it's really sad.
1. Lankeela, are you suggesting someone rehome a dog following 2 short paragraphs of advice from completely anonymous posters? I would not dream of rehoming one of mine until every avenue was closed or the risk was just not controllable.
2. 'those types of dogs' what are you on about or are you trolling?
So very sad here, you are not a responslble dog owner!...if you were you would know better than to have not one but two staffies living in your home with children!.........Shame on you!......Sign of the times I suppose, but not acceptable!.......
Welsh - what are you on chap? Dogs are social pack animals, how is having 2 staffies in 1 house with chidren being a bad dog owner? Are you suggesting that staffies are dangerous or just inferring that having any uncontrolled dogs in the vicinity of children is dangerous?
You are a scaremongering troll of the highest order
I agree with Welsh. Wholeheartedly.

The OP has been suspended so don't see any point in keep answering this question.
