a guy i work with is very friendly and kind to me. also he constantly is joking with me and making fun of me. one day the fire alarm kept going off and he was saying that it was my fault and that i was setting it off, i joked back and said he was setting it off. also the same day he was talking to a customer about wii game that come with a mic and he was joking that i play the robbie williams singing game on the wii. he constantly teases me and things. sometimes it is very crowded and if he knocks into me he says that i am trying to trip him up and am pushing him about. basically he is constantly talking with me and joking about me and teasing me, one time he said he was going to put in a complaint about me for racist, assault and everything, but he always laughs when he teases me. the other day i worked, we worked at the same time and finished at the same time and when we were finishing he said, 'you know im only joking, or am i?' and then laughed like he always does. i found him extremely funny when he teases me, im always laughing and i joke back aswell and then he continues and laughs more.
he only does it to me and he is single. i have only been working there for a few weeks.
is he flirting with me? does he like me?

I think it's hard to say from what you've written. Maybe you should 'push the bar' alittle if you are interested in really knowing? Try asking him directly after he jokes with you - 'Are you flirting with me or what?' See what he says then depending on his response you could tell him that you're 'only joking with him' if its a negative response.
At least you'll know where you stand with him.
The only downside to this approach is that your friendship may change and he may not laugh with you so comfortably if you suggest anything sexual, but then if you both sensible adults, you can both deal with the situation. Good luck anyway.

Yes of course he's flirting with you, but as to whether it's the harmless flirting people do when they find someone they get on with or are at a loose end or if it's the 'I want to take you passionately over the shop counter' kind of flirting I'm not sure.... as the others said time will tell:)
