scrll bars keep disappearing...

i am testing out Sleipnir....as a browser

its ok up to now except when i changed the view to cascading pages...everytime i navigate ..teh scroll bar disappears and i have to slightly change the width of the page by dragging to make it come back

any ideas why and how i can stop this?
