Dont forget Phil "The Power" Taylor - 15 times World Champion - and he's still going !

Will there ever be a more prolific World Champion ?

"Philip Douglas Taylor Ph. D. (born 13 August 1960) is an English professional darts player, widely recognised as the game's greatest ever player, and one of the most prolific individual sporting champions of all time. [3] Nicknamed "The Power", he is the current PDC world champion and has won a record 15 world championships (2 BDO and 13 PDC), 68 major televised tournaments, as well as more than 150 professional tournaments overall, over twice as many as anyone else. [4] He has been ranked the world number one in the PDC Order of Merit since June 2008 and has had eight different spells at number one, a record 56 months overall. In May 2010, during the Premier League final, he became the first person ever to hit two perfect 9 dart finishes in a single televised match".

Hiya granny Boo x

We will never have a Tennis champion unless they bring the sport into schools, it`s a rich kids sport unlike Darts which is a "council house" sport
Watcha Elvis ;-)

Brie rolling, nope, can't say we try that in Lancashire.
Go to Leicester B00 - they do it with stilts on (;-))

We've even got our very own "Rocky" - the Heavyweight Boxing Champ of The World !

David Haye

David Deron Haye (born 13 October 1980) is a British professional boxer, and current WBA World Heavyweight Champion - and he was even an Undisputed champion at a lower weight - before joining the heaviest division.

And hes very good !

Before joining the heavyweight division, Haye was the undisputed cruiserweight champion, holding the WBA, WBC, WBO and The Ring magazine cruiserweight titles after notable victories over Jean-Marc Mormeck and Enzo Maccarinelli.
