Labour have just announced on BBC that they will not reach a conclusion with talks with the Limp Dems, so they're pulling out!

They have the voting numbers , the Libs have got their Referendum & seats in the cabinet.

They Lib/Dems haven't done a deal with the Tories yet, and they still do not have to. They could choose not to do a pact with the Conservatives also, leaving the Tories to go it alone.
