This absolutely disgraceful.

A disabled woman could not operate a lift at a station and so had to get to another station, change platforms and go back to the original station.

And why - Southeastern Railway didnt have a staff member to press the buttons

Crazy - Disgraceful - Petty

Need I go on ???
