Bet piggynose drives a car and says sod the planet.
so a persn who hasnt paid their council tax would slit huntleys throat? Something tells me the person that did it is in there for a serious crime.
ok, im sorry, we're kinda straying from the topic a bit here.

I guess im going to have to agree with hippy. A part of me is pleased he got attacked, however I can't agree that his attacker should get a knighthood, or somehow be praised. I'm willing to bet that he himself is in there for something equally evil and certainly doesn't deserve praise for his somewhat warped view of justice.
well they can't be that dangerous....the tw@ts still alive.

yes piggynose i do agree.............
I would imagine he's in a Cat A prison on a segregation (there's a word I've never typed before!) wing, with other similarly "troubled" inmates.

2 right craft....
agree totally with what BOO said
Thank you B00 - being a Libran is a blessing, and a curse.. I see both sides of EVERY arugument.. I would be a brilliant Lawyer!!!
unless your client hears you say to the other side "oh hang on, yes, i see where you're coming from"...eh Hippy? ;-)
you're also all assuming that it was done as an act of retribution, rather than the more likely reason of scoring some notoriety and prison cudos.
I don't feel any sympathy for him either way, but the attacker's not a hero.
OK - I'd be a rubbish lawyer!
Wonder if piggy is trying to make up a joke ?

does anyone know what DIANA stands for?

we would not be having this conversation if the beast would have been hung......
4getmenot is probably right. Petty convicts don't end up in places like Frankland. Without in any way wishing to evoke sympathy for Huntley or the monstrous crime for which he was convicted, I find the 'holier than thou' attitude adopted by some prisoners towards others rather sickening, not to say deeply hypocritical. To paraphrase Monty Python, it's like saying, "I've been a very naught boy, but not as naughty as you, so take that!"

What would you have said if another child murderer's throat had been slashed and the one who had done it was Huntley? Would you want to be awarding a knighthood to Huntley?
Maxine Carr played no part whatever in the murder of anyone.

As for other prisoners trying to show the world they're harder than Huntley... they should be rewarded for it? Not in my name.
Jno did maxine carr commit any criminal offences or obstruct the murder investigation?
She pled guilty to perverting the course of justice and was sentenced to three and a half years, she was found not guilty of assisting an offender.
