I though that Harriet Harman and Mrs Blair were going to get Sir F's pension reduced?

I think you'll recall that at the time Gordon Brown pointed out that that was unlikely and there were limits to what could happen legally

but the fall out continues

Bob Scott the Former excutive director who rubber stamped Goodwin's pension was forced out of his role as Chairman at Yell the other week over his role in it.

What has what Brown said got to do with what Harman said? Do it mitigate her saying something that she could not in fact do?
Yes they got a bit excited didn't they?

A bit like Cameron and his Nazi slip up.

Brown's statement is important because he immediately disassociated the government from the claim.
It's a pity he did not disassociate Harman from the Government too!

Still, I suppose that as she is his Deputy as leader of the party it would be difficult for him to have done that.
Well that's all part of working with different people.

I'm amazed that Cameron, Clarke and Redwood haven't killed each other yet.
They are mutually putting that off until after they win the next general election.
According this latest report he has scarpered to the South of France.
