Rewiring a 3 bed detached house

I am in the process of buying a detached 3 bed house, built in 1925 which has had no work done since!
I am looking to completely rewire the house before i move in. All the old bakelite swites are still there and would like to use these if its possible? Also, any roguh idea on price? I would want the wires buried in the wall and made good. Thanks

Hope you are a qualified,registered Electrician as if not,you are breaking the Law. Everything nowadays has to be tested for NEW Safety standards.

I can't see any reason why you would not be allowed to use them,think they would look pretty good,actually.
