What is the center of Luton called?

Hi everyone.

Can anyone please tell me what the centre of Luton is called as I am moving the area and wish to buy a place in the Luton town centre. When I put Luton town centre or anything similar into the Property search engines it comes up with nothing saying I have put in a wrong search area? When I put in Luton it just comes up with properties all over the whole of Luton.

When I look at maps places like Biscuit and high town all seem to join in the centre? Can anyone please help me.
