First of all I wish her good luck if she got the cancer just as anyone would get as a disease. However if she is using other parts of her body the way she uses her mouth then I have no sympathy just like I do not have sympathy with the people who drink like mad then end up with pickled liver or who do dodgy things and end up with HIV or people who abuse drugs and then have problems afterward. One thing I could never understand that we make people celebrities after they behave badly. Specifically when they have had all the help available. No wonder we are ending up with more and more people behaving the way that was unacceptable only few years ago.

I personally don't give a toss. She lives near me in Ongar, and is often seen in Loughton at one of the trendy bars, getting drunk and mouthy. Horrible woman - no justice in this world if just by being thick and getting your kebab out on telly you live the high life while others struggle from day to day.

And, no I am not jealous, before anyone suggests it.

Good luck to her. There are far worse people in the world...and I believe that cervical cancer is one area of oncology which has made the most progress in terms of treatment over the past decade (I stand to be corrected on this).

She's not a nice person - if you'd met her or been around when she's been giving it the big "I am" , you'd know that. Sympathy is best spent on people who deserve it, and she has done nothing to deserve it at all. That's from personal experience, not just opinion.

I dont like her but wouldnt wish cancer on anyone. Three of my friends died of it in the same year and Ive now got an elderley relative only days to live in hospital. Hes wasting away and he was only diagnosed 3 weeks ago although hes been complaining of the symptoms for 2 years now !

So fingernail ,stick your fingernail where the sun dont shine and hope you dont get it up there.

I see where you're coming from, but cancer is a pretty strong punishment for someone's who's merely irritating and who enjoys ill-deserved fame.

Just to clarify, I wouldn't wish it on anyone. But I have experienced her rudeness and conceitedness first hand, and as I said in my first post, I really couldn't give a toss - others are more deserving of any sympathy from me than her.

While finding it very hard to care I also don't wish any particular evil on the woman.

Cervical cancer if caught early enough has a nearly 90% recovery rate I seem to recall... Unless I'm making facts up off the top of my head which with my memory is entirely possible.

Hands up how many of you are slagging her off in yet another sh*t attempt to show how sophisticated you are.

The Celebrity Big Brother incident cast her in a very bad light. But she's also shown herself to be a fairly sound, cheerful, pleasant person on other shows - like Celebrity Wife Swap, Tabloid Tales with Piers Morgan and others.

You might not want to go and have a pint with her, but do we need to preface every email this embarassing 'I don't like her but..' show of superiority?

I could name literally hundreds of other, less maligned celebs who are bigger tw*ts. And so could you all. But go with the easy target. Make yourself look good.

I really don't like to think of anyone being diagnosed with cancer.

However, I don't think Jade Goody is worthy of making news headlines, regardless of whether or not she is a nice person. I think it would have been respectful to have kept the cameras off her completely once she had been given this news.

She is just another one of millions of people who are diagnosed with this awful disease.

However this woman is worthy of news headlines (see link below), and I feel absolutely gutted because I think she's a fine actress and has entertained me over the years in Friends, Married With Children, Mars Attacks etc:
