We had it bad in northants yesterday, but my cousin in west sussex said it was hot and her hubby was sat outside in the eve having a beer! And friends went skeggi for wkend, and it was dry there sat and sunday!! We were gonna go but took one look at the weather and thought best not!! Wish we had now!!
No rain here yet, very windy, but looking at the met office radar it wont be long xx GREAT!!! Good old british bank holiday!!

Down here in W Sussex you could have drunk outside last night (although I was trying to not drink, until I tempted by some boozy chat here on AB).

I was telling my psychotherapist just this week that Brighton is a sunny place with miles of golden sand.

He said: "Oh, very well, if you say so".

That means he agreed with me.

Its a beautiful day here in central Scotland, it was gorgeous yesterday too. It is unusual for Scotland to have the good weather on a bank holiday.

haysi06, you must be about the only place that's got any decent weather.

I'm invited to a barbecue in Hove at lunchtime. Hove is our upmarket neighbouring town, where everybody is a bit posher than we Brighton rabble. In fact, they are so posh in Hove, I'm sure they will have bought some good weather.

It's like living in Battersea, and being invited for linch in Chelsea. It's just next door, but much posher.

we are having a barbecue today too, its a bit windy but really warm.

The forecast for tomorrow is not good however am back at work so not bothered.

The weather's not too bad here in Sherwood Forest.
