damn you all, I had work to do but some beers were calling my name, I feel I must join in your fun now.
Doing a roast, but part boiling it first, with onions, John Smith's, stock, and soy sauce, ready to roast it later with some potatoes and either beer or a bottle of campo Lindo that is calling my name.
