TOUTING- unauthorised TAXI activity?

has anyone here , anywhere in Britain , been convicted as "TOUTINS AS TAXI "..... possibly plain clothes police , purveyed themselves as "passengers" .... when the TOUT agrees a price , (not booked thru a TAXI office )...they then utter "IAm arresting you for touting blah blah blah ...... )....... anyone been prosecuted for the offence of TOUTING (not tickets ) TAXI MINI CAB TOUTING ?

You will not be covered on their Insurance for a start, You are taking a chance if a claim arises, You will be taking a hell of a Risk ( WOMEN) The car could have Faults so they want policing.
it is against the law to use a vehcile for hire or reward unless you are properly licensed,authorised and insured to do so.
i can see why you are "law drop out". your english is rubbish.
