On the basis that the site was written by a UKIP fanatic (David Noakes), do you really think it is a fair and impartial site?

It shall be illegal for a police driver to use a siren between the hours of 10pm and 8 am, unless he has good cause to believe he is preventing a death, maiming, or rape.
