Euro 2004 final music

At the end of the ITV coverage of the Euro 2004 final what was the classical music they used? I really like it but don't know what it is! I think it was on an advert for Lloyds TSB as well :-)

the music is called the heart asks pleasure first and was originally written by michael nyman for the film the piano

at least that is the music for the lloyds tsb advert, whether it was also the euro 2004 music i am unsure.

the music i'm thinking of was also used in the horse whisperer.
