ok i asked a question not too long ago about my phone and it wont turn on and my sisters bf said it was the battery and he works at a phone place and someone told me to trust my sisters bf so i went to the phone store and told them and the guy said i would have to send it in and it would be 175$ when he never even looked at my phone my dad just told him that it wouldnt turn on .. my contract ends december 14 so it wouldnt be worth it to send it in and pay that much money...what should i do..

What phone is it?

Try buying a new battery for it. Many shops, or online, will sell them.

No idea sorry. But you can probably find them on ebay, or other stores.
