Not sure about when he starts to fly, but he should stop flapping his arms and lower his feet when he's about 100 feet from the edge of the runway................Perhaps.

apparently about 4.30am according to something I read before but then it will take him an hour to let go of the inflight bar and another hour to carry his duty free though the arrivals gate.
