anyone gone on a date with someone who turns out that they are an undercover reporter , fishing for a feature in a sunday tabloid ..not a best selling sunday paper either, it happened to me , she came clean that she was an undercover reporter...the bit she didnt tll me is that from a distance a photographer had snapped me with her on meeting......two weeks later i bought a sunday paper and look who was in the low volume selling paper, pictured, yours truly. wasnt over the moon , wasnt reaADY FOR THAT MOVE ???

Only just spotted your comment, so sorry for the delay. What happened was bang out of order.

If you were photoed in a 'private' place, such as a restaurant you can make a complaint to the Press Complaints Commission because it breaks their Code of Conduct (under Clause 3).

It won't win you any compensation, but looks bad for the paper.
