At the beginning of programmes featuring Colin Fry and other mediums, why do they say the 'this programme is for entertainment purposes only, differing opinions exist into the true nature of clair-audience and clairvoyance'. Why do they not say something similar before religious programmes, after all a lot of people have differing opinions about the existence of god?

i watch crossing over and they say the same thing about John Edward's shows,. I have always understood that it is to avoid any litigation in the event of a member of the audience sueing the show or the medium for potential future emotional stress etc.
