My boyfriend and I are in a long distance relationship. He left to go back to london about 4 days ago. And ever since I've just been unable to cope with it. I miss him more than ever. It really really hurts, I've cried alot over the past few day...
Does anyone have any ideas with how I can make myself feel a bit better?

Already done it... I do it everyday whenever Im not with him.
Keep a diary silversky, write everthing down i will garauntee it will work. You can also look back on your scriblings later on in life : )
Stop crying honey does nt solve anything , get a pen and paper and start your diary x
aahhh poor you!!! i know how u feel, my boyfriend lives about an hour n a half away from me and although i get to c him quite a lot, it is difficult not being able to just pop round n c him if ur feeling lonely!
I sometimes get like u when iv seen him and cry for ages when he goes, but i do find talkin on the phone helps a lot.
In fact I cried all day yesterday coz he's gone to Germany for 2 weeks but today im feeling a lot better and just trying to think that it will all be over soon and he'll be back.
just try to think of it as time to yourself, to c ur friends and have some 'u' time...... for example, i am occupying myself by painting my nails, sorting out my room n stuff, things that keep me busy and my mind off of things for a while and make you feel good.

just remember, time will make things better and im sure that before u know it u will be with him again!!

God i sound soppy....
oh poor you...know how you feel, my boyf went back to London today...i miss him!! I feel at a loss of what to do but i try to keep busy and i just look forward to the day he is coming back...
Just keep yourself busy Silversky, try to carry on the best you can and just aim towards when you will be together again, maybe plan a romantic meal out or night in (wink wink).
Dwelling on it isn't going to do you any good and I'm sure he doesn't want to think of you on your own upset and crying. It isn't going to be forever either :o)
