need to know who the sampled music is from

in the song Now It's on by tech n9ne from the album vintage tech, song number 5. they sampled a slow jam instramental that i have been looking for to buy. i dont know the name of that song or who made it, but i love it. i have been trying to figure it out for a long time and when i heard this tech n9ne song and heard that they sampled the music i figure they did it with permission and the info i want should be in the album insert and listed with the credits for that song. please help me out. thanks. mike
