What do you like best about this site or this topic? i like the way we can spot straight away when a thread is just not worth bothering with. (Try to avoid being predictable and slagging mine off eh?) I have been busy reading genuinely interesting and intelligent stuff around the site so it isn't all bad.

I like the music section best, Dot.

It gives me the chance to research and / or listen to a lot of stuff that would normally have passed me by.

I've helped a lot of good folks on there, and had the favour returned as many times.

Hi Dot, I've been really busy this last few days, so haven't been on here at all. It's also my husband's birthday today (Burn's night too), so haven't long cleared up all the crumbs & wrapping paper since the family left!

I don't venture into many of the topics, but like Naz, I do enjoy perusing the Music one. Yes, you are very helful Naz, thank you for that.

I am all over the place here. My preferences for browsing are law, business & finance, music, media & family.

B&S may be the main stay and the one I post replies on the most, but when I get peeved I spend more time on the other topics. I would rather do that than leave the site.

Stewy - That does actually amaze me that new people see this site and want to join up! I think most of the oldies only stay because they live in the hope and memory that it will return to what it once was!

stewy kEIRAH made a one word comment that obviously (to me) suggested she felt the question had simply blown by her through he lack of familiarity with the site. however, as for that user being a newcomer, how do we knpw that as a newcomer is green, maybe keirah just stopped off on her way to animals and natue and was wondering what i was getting at. And using the tumbleweed referencing is not very original but as keirah chose to use it and hence cause me to think she was being either sarcastic or confused, i think my very mild (compared to the nasty stuff on here tonight) reply followed by the lol tag would be the very very last thing anyone would have issue with, unless of course you are a stray froggers still hell bent on making up rubbish too.

Dot... firstly. froggers???? But the point i'm making is people that have been here for a while feel they own the site. Newcomers make mistakes and say things that usual users get annoyed about. (see some questions in sport) I have used many sites like this before i arrived here and know the etiquette. Others don't, give them a break.
