I never come into this section and i'm not reading any further than this question, where am I anyway. I have ventured to the one of those four bladed razors, only to find that the blades are so close together they just get blocked and are difficult to clean, I am also now using the beloved Mach3 with good results, a very nice shave!!

You never saw me in the beauty section OK!!
Stevie, I am a lady so can't offer my own pov, but my husband is very beardy and uses that battery operated Gillete one which he says is very good, but he got quite excited at the 5 blade one! He gets re-growth within hours of shaving and struggles to get a close shave so anything that offers a closer shave he would try. They're a bit pricey though so I doubt he'd let me borrow it to shave my legs!!! ;)
Well I use a mach 3 too. I started buying Turbo blades, but recently after choking at the price of them I went back to standard mach 3 blades. I mean, they all do the same job don't they?

The only reason I would try a battery operated razor would be purely out of curiosity. What gets me is when the ads point out the merits of the new products, when, at the end of the day, they all do the same job!
