How do i become a make-up artist?

I've recently started my A-levels and am studying Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths. Is there anyway a can go on to a university course of make-up artistry with these A-levels?

I've been trying to find out what qualifications universities would look for from applicants for relevant courses. It seems that there is no such thing as a 3-year bachelor's degree course in make-up artistry. (This is probably unsurprising. While make-up artists may be incredibly talented and skilled people, there's probably not enough 'academic rigour' in the subject for it to qualify for full degree status in its own right).
Entering 'make-up' in the search box on the UCAS website, yields only 1 university (Worcester) offering a BA(Hons) degree in a relevant subject (Specialist Make-Up Design). This is a 1 year 'top up' course (which is actually conducted at Worcester College of Technology) with a requirement that you've already studied at Higher Education level. (i.e. you can't go straight onto it after your A-levels).
Initially, you might have to study for a 2-year foundation degree. The only places you can do this at are as follows:
Barnfield College (University of Bedfordshire)
City College, Manchester
Northbrook College, Sussex
Somerset College of Arts & Technology
Of those, the only institution which gives detailed information about A-level subjects is Somerset College. Unfortunately for you, these include a requirement that you should have studied Art.
The only way to find out the precise requirements of the other institutions would be to contact them for further information.

Perhaps your best route might be to try to gain a place on the HND course (in Theatrical Media Make-up & Costume) at Worcester College of Technology. You could then aim to transfer, at the end of your HND course, to the BA(Hons) top-up course referred to above. Once again, the information on the UCAS site does not state which subjects are required at A-level. You would need to contact the college for further information.
While most of the institutions don't give details of relevant A-levels, many of them state that you must present a portfolio of your work. This means that, even if you don't study Art at A-level, you need to be developing your artistic skills and working on a portfolio. (For a place on the Worcester HND course, which includes 'costume', you might also need to present evidence of skills in, say, dress design).

Then contact each of the relevant institutions for guidance on their admissions policy.

Yes it is possible. I want to be a make up artist and i am studying Welsh, P.e, I.t and business studies.
The course at barnfield college (bedfordshire) states in their entry requirements that Science is a preferred subject to have at A level.
There are many courses which will only take you if you have done Art A-level such as London College Of Fashion. There courses are much more art based than others.
I have done so much research on this... and the best thing you can do is just gain as much experience as possible get yourself a weekend job in a beauty salon, organise work experience with your local theatre, join a drama club. If you really want to be a makeup artist there really is nothing stopping you from achieving, good luck

You can attend some makeup training courses those are provided by the professional makeup artists like air brush makeup,hair and dress makeup,international makeup etc.They charge 3000$ to 5000$ for the course.Also they provide the makeup kit at the time of training.For more see
