If I had an accident in 2003, since then have left Admiral gone on my partners insurance, thus not insured with my own anymore - will admiral still fight for me in court, even though I am no longer insured with them?

If not, will I have to go to court and pay out myself it its found to be my fault (NOT MY FAULT BTW)???

This situation did happen to my ex but she did not know to keep at them until it was sorted out- she paid the premium for the cover during that period and the contract is binding- andy
