Name on licence change - DVLA

What's the usual wait time for the DVLA to send back a licence? As my partner and I got married she sent hers in to have her surname changed. Sent it over 2 weeks ago and have not received it back. Definately arroved as I sent it special delivery.

What;s the usual turnaround time on this?

I got mine back after about 10 - 14 days when i changed address!

I got married a few months ago and got it back after about 14 days. Give them a call and see what's happened to it.

it can take up to a month sometimes....
