Sick of demonstrations!
Let all them who seem to whinge about anything,and the moment something comes up war wise,go and sort it out...There was "thousands tirned up for the demo "..Let them sign up and fight for Lebanon...Nothing to do with us yet!!!!But something kicks off,they are there holding placs up,half of them are tree rats,swampy's,who demo about the state of the shape of a beer glass!!

Not in the world sp,but over here we are...We cant take to the streets over a wrongful arrest,and hold a press meeting where the actual swear words were broadcast on BBC news!! What would happen if i went in the middle of my town burning another country's flag,dressed as a suicide bomber with a placard saying "death to that certain country" or "you will get your 9/11"??Do you think the police would just watch on??A bit like they did last year in London?Try putting an answer instead of your stupid sarcasm mr/mrs do gooder.

Hmmm...now as I recall, white people DID march and protest all over the place I lived in London. We had the NF, then the BNP. About once every six months.
Oh they were the good old days...lovely chaps they were. Always looked out for your...especially at about 11pm - pub closing time.
British white people DO protest.

Hmmm...now as I recall, white people DID march and protest all over the place I lived in London. We had the NF, then the BNP. About once every six months.

The reason I get sarcastic is because it's better than getting angry at people who feel hard done by when they should be jumping in the air clicking their heels at their good fortune.
We live in a country where we are free, have no civil war, clean drinking water, access to a nationalized health service, theatre, arts, entertainment, cars to whisk us to the airport to go on luxury holidays...it goes on and on.
But some people just want to run this country down and complain about immigrants.
Well I come from an immigrant family and you know what? A) Immigrants are by and large GREAT. and B) This is a damn fine country and gripers are never going to change my opinion of either.
That's my answer.

All immigrants are by and large GREAT????Whats that all about?I never said they wasn't....As for the NF,BNP i dont support any of them..I'm trying to get across that Asian people seem to protest about what they like and the police bend over backwards for them to do so,and if theres a white protest,whatever it be,there will always be arrests...I come from Oldham,where we live side by side with Asians,and thankfully since the riots,everything is running smoothly....And by the way,this is a damn fine country and i wouldnt leave it to live somewhere else,no matter what was offered to me!!!

Actually a mate of mine's a copper and he resigned from the Met to work for the RCIP (Royal Cayman Islands Police force).
Six months after arriving, a hurricane came along and destroyed his home, car etc...he's back in Lewisham now.
But getting back to the point...emkay - for every one Asian you see demonstrating on the street, there are 100 opening their shops at 06:00am, sending their kids off to school, buying groceries, planning weddings, paying their phone bills...in other words, living just like you and me.
What if I chose to believe that all English people were represented by the BNP or NF? Would that be fair?
No - and it's not fair to believe the hype about Asians and Muslims. Extremists should not be allowed to colour our view.
And I stand by what I said, the vast, vast majority of immigrants are great.
The vast majority of English people are great.
That's just the way it is...

I have to agree with you sp...I dont want this to turn into a full blown racist issue..All i'm on about are demonstrations,and how some people get away with things more than others....I know Asians are hard working and have a life like everyone else here..And talking of work,thats where i have to set of to now!!
